Bomber Brown’s time out injured might be a blessing in disguise. He should come back fresh and raring to go. Used properly by the coach as a second receiver, he still has something to offer.

That was the problem with south’s fans. Seeing a 18 year old prop come in that dominated younger grades they were expecting him to be like Haas & he hasn’t delivered.

I still think he will be a really good player for us in time & has potential to play for the Kiwis. Bullemor’s made big progress over the last few years & was a similar age when he first arrived at manly

A second rower? His lateral movement is very poor. He is an aging, slow middle forward these days. Our best hope is he fires up for ten minutes or so. If Seibs played him on an edge the opposition would run rings around him.

My bad. That makes much more sense. I agree that Brown is best utilised as a second receiver ala Jake Trbojevic. Terry is on the money.
