Speaking to a Bulldogs supporter friend of mine believes DES has deliberately made bad decisions with the hooking situation

Losing Cook/Ennis in favour of Licha

Also losing the likes of Shaun Lane in favour etc etc

He did do it to Manly when he was at war with the board

It is obvious he has been at war with the Bulldogs board.

Has he stiched up the Bulldogs like he did to Manly ?

I think he has , anyone else think the same ?

I think De$ definitely had a major hand in the back ended contracts, as it aided himself and the team in the short term, and he took the punt that he would either have it somehow fixed, or he would be somewhere else when it hit the fan.

I don't think he would just make decisions purely on spite. However I don't know him, so I could be way way off.

He did a bad job if he was trying to stitch us up before he left. He won a comp. Back ended contracts won us 2011.

Which NRL coach and captain nearly came to blows after a loss in the finals a couple of months ago?

The pair had a heated disagreement in front of stunned onlookers in the sheds and had to be separated by officials.

While the club has buried the incident, it hasn’t been forgotten by the players.

They voted against the coach attending their Mad Monday celebrations as a sign of support for their skipper and it will be an interesting pre-season as the coach attempts to win back the dressing room.

He is making some progress, but my spies tell me the atmosphere is still somewhat ‘frosty’.
