It’s obvious to all and sundry we need to reset and develop our youth as we won’t be strong in the player market due to our results.
That requires a long term plan and patience with our development youth and junior reps who are going great guns.
Given we require a long term plan we then rush out to rehire a coach with KPIs that require instant success.
