I had exactly the same issue with Kayo 12 months ago. In the end it fvcked me off so much I cancelled and went and got Foxtel just so I could watch the games.

Given what I have heard about Kayo, and what I know first hand of their pretty much non-existent customer service ... I wouldn't mind betting that their continued buffering issues are deliberate to get people to just say "stuff it" so to speak and go and get Foxtel, and I know people were having buffering issues 12 months before I was.

FYI Kayo is a subsidiary of Foxtel.........
