Manly star Dylan Walker has suffered a horror ankle injury in the Prime Minister's XIII game against Papua New Guinea in Port Moresby on Saturday.

The Kangaroos reserve went down with a suspected dislocated right ankle on the 50-minute mark.

He was tended to by teammate David Klemmer before being stretchered from the field in agony.

Just heard that with Adrian lam on ABC.
He couldn't be in better hands than Dr Klemmer ?#@!
