I would like someone with some financial/accounting ability to read the liquidatiors report to creditors on the attached link.

It basically says (as I read it) that the Titans were trading insolvent. That is illegal from my understanding and the directors are liable to prosecution and not being able to be directors again of ac company.

I followed this up with ASIC and they told me they are still waiting for further info....The latest report to creditors/members has not been posted yet it was over a month ago....The Titans are dodgy, their directors should not have been put back in control of the new entity when the NRL took over....Yet they continue to survive and prosper under the new regime. Wonder how all the little guys who lost millions between them feel.

We are just managers " play things " at present , they play us with our own players and use us to play off against for other clubs .

Now the only positive i can get out of this is that there is a massive chance DCE will backflip. Manly have to go all in to keep him. Im sure we could put $1.3m on the table with 3rd party deals. That is massive money for one player but its either him or a gun rookie. Nothing in-between.

This is so true other clubs are building for next season we have lost 2 international halves and so far have not recruited anyone.

I appreciate the extensions of our juniors but we are getting left behind in recruiting.

Sadly more chance of me playing half for us next season than DCE that bird has flown sadly. You get 1 shot at a back flip it has to be done quietly and just announced not rumoured as the player get's unfair heat from the media lackeys who question your integrity.

If Orr wants to play the auctioneer between the two clubs after one club shows their cards, we are well in our rights to table another offer to convince DCE to perform a triple backflip off the 10m board with zero splash. Why would we not milk the system while it still stands.

Agree - to a certain extent Elgey effectively back flipped if he had agreed to join us and then just showed our final offer to the titans so they could counter offer. Hence there should be no hard feelings whatsoever if we now offer dce more and keep him. The fcukwit journos and cam smith and all his mates can't really say much to that either. What goes around comes around.
