He told a mate of mine, he would jump at the chance to help out at Manly, for nothing and also said that he spoke to both Miles and Lussick and they said that Barrett was too close with some of the boys and wanted to be their mates, they even said ,it will be his downfall in the end

Lyall if you are reading this get it done. There are too many former players who wont come near the club and it is very sad. These players 'BLED' for Manly and won premierships!! The more former great Manly people you can get back into the joint the better for the culture. It's time old wounds start to heal and and build this club into the premiership force it once was.
And the best thing of all (especially for the tight Penns)......... it wont cost a thing!!

The Titans have been hit hard off the field over the summer, losing three key members of staff in high performance manager Hayden Knowles and trainers Craig Catterick and Scott Campbell - all to Gus Gould at Penrith.

But the club has hired a new fitness guru in ex-Manly trainer Dan Ferris and are delighted with his efforts.

Having worked at the club previously under John Cartwright, Ferris is familiar with the Titans’ set-up and officials believe the squad is stronger and better prepared than at the same time 12 months ago.
