I hope Alice and her boys are having a great time at Byron Bay Mark
Just back mate after 4 nights over there.
We shouted her the accommodation but in a lovely gesture her school mates raised $2500 for her to do some special things ( not that I think she wasted it in 4 days) but the boys have come back with new fishing rods , nerf guns, fishing shirts, fishing sunglasses , caps which she wouldn’t have been able to afford.
The last of Micks ashes were spread on the eastern most point of Australia ( his wish) so it’s time now for the kids to go back to school and her back to work.
We’ll still be here for a few weeks yet though getting all the paperwork and stuff done.

Sounds like they had a nice time and a trip away would help to clear the mind . A long with time, having a loving family and friends assists the healing period and it sounds like they have great family support . In these very challenging times keep up the good work Mark . Your a good family man .

ha I took an american, a canuck and an Aussie geek to the footy once. I had high hopes for the canadian with his pie eating given he was a huge hockey and live sports fan... he failed woefully spilled it everywhere and gave up half way through. The geeky american powered through like a champ with almost perfect, no drop technique, he did use two hands though
