He is inept in attack, goes ok in defence but there's nothing special or exceptional about his play. Reminds me of Ashley Alberts.

Agreed. Jesse is still only 18, and will still be 18 when the season starts next year. One of the youngest of the Holden Cup side. Former Australian School boy honours. He'll develop and was originally a winger so he's got a bit of pace.
