The "charge" was applied by the guy hitting, not the defender bracing.

Yeah, and it happened in front of the same touch judge who had an "opinion" about Jorge's so-called shoulder charge. Yet he somehow missed what was right in front of him when Rapana hit Jorge.

At least when WWE referees miss things they do it because they are supposed to miss it.......

Saw it on Foxsports halftime show, Taufua on report because he is a big unit and the opposition player went flying, however Rapana can shoulder charge someone with not even a penalty. Ridiculous.

The change of interpretation of what is a shoulder change has damaged this season, we see ones pulled up that are not and other blatant ones that are missed. Greenturd has screwed up here and all as a reaction cause his officials didnt do the right thing and cite that Rooster who ironed out Kasiano. This is a massive concern for all teams.
