Keppie and Waddell were hitting hard. I get the feeling that our forward pack is going to be bullying every team this year.

Very good performance, especially in 'D'. Keeping the Storm to 1 try was very impressive. Keppie looked very solid - gets those big legs up quickly. Metcalfe brilliant - can't teach speed and has lots of silk. The #13 (Olakau'atu?) looked very good 2nd half - took 3 to take him down every time he got the pill. Reubs, Taupau haven't hit 3rd gear yet - class will be exhibited tomorrow hopefully.
Great start. Bring on the cowgirls!

I know I’m literally repeating every other post on here tonight but wow didn’t Metcalf impress! Loved his confidence running the line and his speed is super valuable. Keen to see more of him tomorrow! And also, any day of the week I’ll take a win over the storm 😉
