I am exceptionally happy to be able to report that Terra the pooch has made it to 18 years old!
I think she is the oldest dog in the area where I live.
She can now vote, drink booze, and move out!
She is in pretty good health considering she's losing a bit of muscle mass in the old back legs and gets a bit lost at times wondering where and who she is.

Stairs are her enemies now but I'm happy to carry her up and down them.
She may be 18 but she has still taught herself to split her dinner into two servings as she realises that way she gets 2 after dinner treats! I have no idea how she works that out when she can also be such a doofus.
Anyway, she still brings us much happiness and forces me to practice patience each day.
