It was Graham Lowe's selected squad, but he had to suddenly step down just before the 1993 opening round 1 game vs Norths. Lowe had a youth policy and junior development focus, which matched in with Bozo's role in charge of junior development and that saw the rise of that whole group Kosef, Elsegood, Chris Ryan, Ivan Cleary, Hoppa, Gartner, Beaver & Danny Moore.

Interesting interview with John Devereux, the Welsh & Britain international who played for Manly in 1993.
He talks about signing & playing for Manly in 1993, Bobby Fulton coaching, shows his memorabilia including a 1993 Manly jersey, playing with Cliffy & co, & a bit at the end about Hasler sacking due to the rainbow jersey & Seibold coming in.

No one seems to have the 1993 game on NBN tv Manly v Newcastle at Marathon. Manly won 16-14 after Knights missed this conversion kick from in front.

Having some off season fun trainspotting Pepsi era Sea Eagles in 1992 wearing the old style P&O jerseys.

Daniel Gartner played half a dozen games in 1994 & none in 1993. But in 1992 looks like Graham Lowe gave the kid a taste of first grade in the final round of the season vs Sharks. Can see him wearing jersey #27 making a tackle on the try line right at the end of this clip.

And while Nik Kosef came into first grade from the bench for most games in the first half of 1993 until badly injured (knee I think), he got the last moments of a 1992 game vs Penrith in Rd 18. Have to freeze the video at 41:24 to see, but he appears right at the end shaking hands.

And Ivan Cleary played 2 games in 1992 including this one vs Wests - taking a goal kick at 15:35
