Jamal Fogarty

Keiran our next coach?? He'll need to start pretty soon and get some coaching experience. Most of these guys spend 4 or 5 seasons as assistants before landing a head role. I'd be reluctant to pull on a Rookie who hasn't done the hard yards under a few different set ups. Take a look @ Ryals @ Parra. He's been coaching since 2015. Coached both NSw under 20's SOO sides and Australia Rugby team as defence coach. 2 stints under Bellamy and a stint under Pizza face @ the Rorters. Now that's an apprenticship. He'll do well mark my words .He's no rookie. Sorry, A bit off subject I know. Now back to Jemal. Good signing !

DCE can have a great kicking game... But the problem is that the week after, he'll have an absolute stinker. I couldn't help but think that so much momentum was created for the Dogs was from Tracey returning an average DCE kick.

Fogarty is far more consistent, and honestly, might have the bigger boot. If we do want a "grinding out wins" mentality, then Fogarty is much better suited for this as the halfback.

The only problem is that I want Fogarty now. Unfortunately, he's doing better things than Manly are right now.

I can't even put into words how excited i am to see if Fogarty can unlock our right side. Haumole, Koula and Saab have been largely ineffective the last couple of seasons really only creating opportunities for themselves. Be nice to see if he can create space for them and then line breaks. D$E has struggled with it.

Yeah you're right but I was thinking about how in effective he has been as well due to not many line breaks out wide.

Don't expect Fogarty to be playing like this next year. I mean look at the difference between Weekes at Manly and now Canberra. Plus he's coming for the retirement contract.

DCE also would've given them the game by then.

Scores tied with a minute to go? DCE's thinking a grubber without anyone else knowing it's on.
Apart from the thousand game-winning field goals that Chez has kicked… Fogarty looked scared to step up to the moment…

Seriously, how does he not get in a position for a shot when they had 28 sec to go and were 15m out from the line… instead, Fogarty puts himself in the line to receive a pass??!! wtf? That is p*ss poor game management…

He did score the 'winning' try through.

Fickle…fickle.

In such an epic game, you want to pull him apart over a missed field goal?
