You don't build team spirit and team cultures with selfish players . He virtually fcked the Titans whole season with his selfish antics . His form at the Eels was inconsistent for such a high paid player .

Hayne has always been too inconsistent for my liking.

Obviously capable of great things but I think he lacks the ability to do it week in & week out.

Imagine what he could have been had he had the discipline to turn up every week & not be distracted by NFL & Rugby 7s?
