The Final of the Jason Annear Memorial 9’s was played between Castlereagh All Blacks and Toukley with Castlereagh winning 20 - 0 over Toukley to complete a winning double with their Women’s team. Castlereagh only let in 3 tries in all their games and went through undefeated all day and thoroughly deserved their win.
Congratulations to both teams for which the spirit in which they played their games all day.
This tournament still gets played in memory of Jason Annear who played for Manly
The Manly club use to send a team up for the tournament but haven’t for a number years now , which I can understand cause the possibility of injuries
