From todays Telegraph, 27 October 2012.

I could not find the article but retiring Greyhound writer Jeff Collerson said he was relieved of his rugby league duties forever after reporting on a match at Brookvale after giving his Best and Fairest 3-2-1 points all to Manly players.

That would of been fine but St George won the match 16-4.

I have always liked Jeff. Great career, well done.

The game of rugby league was the winner on the day.

Any idea what year this was Bob?

I was of the impression in was in the 60's so a check of the records shows 25 July 1965 St George beat us 16-7 at Brookvale.

I've read the post over and over again...... But I still can't see what the guy did wrong.

Yes he is.

He is also the one who said he was throwing in him membership and never going to another Manly game after they sacked Peter Peters!

The Sydney Morning Herald's 3-2-1 for this match was
3- E Rassmussen
2- F Jones
1- B James

Also included the Herald's write up. Wish I could find the Tele's write up!
