Alot to look forward to with this game, normally don't feel that way playing the Knights, it's more meh game to me.

Weekes back at the back, Jakob playing his first game and can Shu go back to back with a standout performance while improving his defence. Alot of backs the forwards need to muscle up....

Just be nice to see our forwards make yardage a bit easier.. We have been so embarassing with our general speed in attack and defence. If our forwards collectively play well with a bit of aggression and mongrel we still have a bloody good backline to capitalise. Go Manly

I'm with you mate - if this is to be an 'upset' (Ridiculous odds) I reckon we can go on with it too. The mediocre Knights are by no means a comp threat.

Maybe a bit over the top but today is must win imo. In such a tight competition you could look back at the end of the year and not getting a win in 2 attempts against a team like the Knights could be the difference between making the 8 or not. If we can’t beat them without our origin players, then we aren’t beating some of the other teams we play over this period and we could easily be out of contention by the time it’s over.

• No Jake
• No Turbo
• 2 Manly rookie forwards with about 1.5 games between them
• new Manly half has only been here for 15 minutes
• Knights close to full strength
• When we played recently we had DCE Jake and Tom but it was only a draw
• Knights have 2 quality players as shock omissions from Origin so keen to make a point.
