According to the report, Brooks and teammate Kyle Lovett were both involved in the altercation that spilt onto the street, with the brawl also involving one of Brooks’ brothers.
There are no allegations that either player threw any punches.
So, if you are trying to protect your brother and don't really participate in the fight, you can still be arrested? And why didn't Lovett make the headline??
