Some fans settle with a photo or autograph of their favourite Rugby League player.

But not Manly Sea Eagles fan Aj Redman.

Redman took to Instagram to share his recent tribute to the great Steve ‘Beaver’ Menzies - a tattoo of a cartoonish beaver dressed in Manly gear and donning Menzies’ famous headgear.

But Redman didn’t stop there, also inking Menzies’ signature onto his wrist after the Sea Eagles veteran signed it for him.

“Thanks heaps Adam Galic Tattoos for this fun little piece you done today of, in my opinion, the best player (equal first with Brett Stewart) ever to put on a Manly Jersey! Managed to get Steve Menzies to sign my wrist as well.” said Redman on Instagram.

Manly supporters are no strangers to showcasing their passion and love for their team in unique and large ways.

Fellow Manly fanatic David ‘Eagle’ Rutherford also changed his middle name to ‘Eagle’ to express his passion for the club.

“I wanted to be a true supporter — I just love the Manly Sea Eagles”, said Rutherford.

“I thought I would show some extra support and have Eagle as my middle name.”

I knew a St Merge supporter who lived and breathed saints. Even drove around a red v Prius.
