Just another sign that it's all about the money.
Genius marketing, isn't it, that we pay $150 or so to wear clothing promoting a sponsor.

These are not next years jerseys. They were a special promo issue and a few were for sale on eBay a couple of months back. A member of this forum saw a picture of them, and started a thread with a ??? not knowing if in fact they were for next year, and it went viral as a "fact".

The guy who sold it said he worked at ISC and it was just a one off design the club wanted to use as a heritage jersey but it was knocked backed by the NRL because it contains two club logos. So it was never worn by the team.

Yeah this was mentioned earlier - if you check out the membership page on the Sea Eagles website and click on merchandise packs, you'll see pics of what members get. The keyring shows that exact design (deep V).

If they wanted to keep it quiet til next year and have a big release, they sure messed it up with the keyring!

Obviously no one at the NRL has ever counted how many chooks are on the Rorters jersey from two sponsors and the club logo.
