Geez we’ve had a tough run haven’t we? First five rounds, three teams I’d expect to see in the top four, one that won’t see the eight and one team that is underperforming and very dangerous as a result... and next week another very strong team.

Can’t see them playing expansive footy, not that they have the team to do it. I fear for Boyd’s safety. Suli is going to have a field day running at him. Having flashbacks to Klein piggybacking the broncos on numerous occasions at sun Corp. Cant remember the last time he reffed us. Hopefully he is a good one this year.

On the plus side our draw gets a whole lot easier. We've got games against Canberra, Parra, Melbourne, Knights and Panthers and 11 other teams that aren't fit to hold our jock straps.

Agree, Milford, Croft and Issako vs Chez, Walker and Tommy says it all really. That said the games we are meant to win make me the most nervous.

I wonder if Des was thinking the donkeys game plan lends itself to turning Jorge around and an aerial attach which would be about all they have to offer. Bit sore so give him a rest and put a more mobile player in to go against this new wonderkid winger they apparently have?
Funa should be more able to match pace and cover that sort of attack.

Yessss, very lucky to have been able to snatch up a ticket! I know a few other very deserving people who have also got them so I’m really glad to see that. Obviously would be ideal if we could all go, but I’m sure they’ll rotate the ballot around and give different members a go at our next ‘home game’.

Will be cheering loud and proud!! We were saying the refs/players will literally be able to hear us all so clearly

That said the games we are meant to win make me the most nervous.

I have been nervous before every game since Snake, Killer, Matai and Tooves have been gone.

I do feel , quite apart from the rabble that is the Donkeys , that hopping on a plane , flying to Sydney , busing up to Gosford , preparing for the game , then playing must be a pretty hard gig for them and will be replicated for us when we play the Cowgirls in July.

Think all the travelling teams are at a huge disadvantage.
