Just my opinion ..... But I am 100% convinced Baz does rate him ..... and I am also 100% convinced that the slowly slowly approach has been designed with T. Wrights knowledge and approval ..... with 3 years of experience of managing the kid physically and mentally as a guide ..... .

I hope you are right.
Twenty has had no problem blooding younger players though, such as Tom Turbo, Parker and Croker. And knowing that 20s generation they are impatient. If Tom Wright is cool with sitting on the sidelines and not playing for weeks on end then who am I to argue?
