No, it's called lack of emotional intelligence. Passion is powerful when it is channelled, not when a player cannot control it and let's it boil-over at inappropriate times. Jake is still like a petulant child. I really hope and expect that he will master this in years to come, but at the moment it is his achilles heel. And interestingly, reflects the bigger team issue... look great when everything goes their way, but lose it when faced with pressure and adversity.
