Love the passion, but it's a stretch to point a finger at officiating. I thought the penalty count to the sharks early was warranted.

Any one of the stupid 'too long in the tackle' penalties could've equally gone against them as well. Funny how that did even up in the second half...it always does.

It was an improved effort, the disappointing thing for me these days is I find myself coming out of games like this thinking it's an 'ok' loss comparatively.

And we won the GF with DCE at half when we still had most of the pack that Orford had the luxury of playing with.

One thing that has stood out after last nights game compared to others is that Cows and Broncs played it in good spirits.Watching other games and I noticed all the grubby tactics and smart mouthed players like Fifita and Ennis.They maybe leading the comp but they are not a good advertisement for the game

Really pleased with the way Jamie Bruhre played. Brett Stewart makes a huge difference to the team.
If Manly has there best 17 they can compete. With injuries we do not have the depth to match the top teams.
