It’s the players that are the issue. No amount of coaching can fix desire to tackle, commitment to the cause, playing as a team, catching the ball, running faster than a grandmother or showing that you actually give a toss about your team and team mates

Wrong type and wrong mix of players. Squad is a mess and our great hope Tom is broken and looks incapable of getting it back again.

However, the coach selects the team
The coach comes up with an attacking game plan against the weekly opposition
The coach also comes up with defensive structures suitable for opposing teams
The coach sets the fitness training requirements for the players
The coach is also paid big bucks to motivate the team
Based on our weekly efforts, both the Coaching Team and the Owner of the club have questions that need to be answered because on field performance has been s@it
