Oh that was good to watch. I love gritty, tough wins so much more that blow out scores.

That is the sort of defence I wanted to see against Newcastle and Penrith.

I didn't think we could do it with the amount of injuries but every player can be proud of that game.

What a relief, but geez….didn’t we need that win! Credit where it’s due and Cherry Evans was fantastic tonight. I’m not saying he should play like that every week, or even every second week. But as I’ve said plenty of times, when you’re the team captain and highest paid player, he needs to play like that, far more often than he does.
We’ll done boys, really proud of that effort.

Funny but many of the players being lamblasted all week were in fact some of our best players.

DCE had a game to remember
John’s , whilst not perfect , did his job pretty well.
Josh A, hated by nearly all , played his heart out.
And yes even Harper , who made some mistakes , busted his gut.
Parker , like Harper a few errors , but in defence he was on point all night.

The Storm are very gettable. They are no longer the team they were, though their systems and belief will continue to make sure they are a force to be reckoned with. And yes, there is a glaring challenge around the edges this game. The real question is whether Manly can get it together and believe. We are more likely to lose the game ourselves rather than Storm taking it from us. IMO.

Don’t wanna toot my horn, but called it… kind of… right guys? Yeah? 😂

I'm an unabashed DCE fanboy as they say, but when our forwards lay the platform we get to see his brilliance. The forwards tonight deserve so much much praise for the platform 💪🏻

Think people are forgetting our back 5 are missing three starters.

Watch us get our boogey on when Garrick, Koula and shuey can stay on the field together.

Great win boys, good start to a weekend. My son was born yesterday so a good first win for him!

Hopefully our good luck charm. My daughter was born in 21 when turbo went on a dream run. Hopefully my little fella can get us over the line.
