If Turbo can put some pressure on chasing attacking bombs it will go a long way for us winning. We know how good he can be in the air but hasn’t shown it much this year because he’s always taking hit ups before kicks. Mason is a very small fullback & has shown previously that he can be shaky under the high ball

Are you sure about this? Pretty sure he played his entire life in the half’s including school boys for Australia until they tried converting him to fullback last year

Bloody weird team, but I can see what they're going for. They have plodders like Lodge starting, probably to give May some work, but TKO & Jazz to presumably make up for them in defence.

That bench is still pretty disappointing. I'd like to see Navale in for Brown.

Of course, then there's whatever's going on in the backline. Well, I don't know what to expect. I wonder what Lodge, Turbo, and DCE we will get? It could be 8/10 or a 3/10 performance from any of those three...

Since when has Lodge ever given the team anything near 8/10? His last first grade appearance was quite possibly one of the worst front performances ever from a Manly front rower and even Grant Wooden was embarrassed

Has there been a slower, more immobile pack selected this year by any side in the NRL? Simple answer is no.

Think Tom at centre is a game changer for us in the backline and might give us a chance to roll some of the weaker sides going forward but unfortunately with our draw we pretty much only meet quality going forward - and that pack would be destroyed by quality top 4 sides warming up for the semis.

Flip of the coin this game. Probably favour us with Tommy at 4 but with zero confidence.
