Great, perfect, that just there was our boys learning how to find a way to win ugly.

We entered Perth obviously in a lacklustre mindset and managed to grind ourselves a good tough win

No doubt Kelly has a lot of potential and has been a good player for us this year. But he's young and maybe the rigours of a NRL season are catching up with him. Maybe time to give him a rest. Bring in Parker.

Anyone else notice the knock on by Gavet in the play the ball when Johnson nearly scored at the death? Even he knew he'd stuffed it so he threw his hands up, hoping for a penalty, but the refs just let it go. If that had led to a try…

Did Johnson blow a try in that last desperate raid? It looked like he had out-foxed the defence and created a 2 on 1, but instead of drawing and pass to his winger he tried to get too tricky and ended up bundled into touch. I think he let us off the hook with that last decision.

Happy to get that win. I though we'd certainly be down on form after last weeks big effort. Pity the dumb Rorters couldn't stop 1 try.
