Two infamous players both came from the Moree Boomerangs.
One was involved in a disasterous incident in and Interstate game with an ex-Manly player. It cost us the game. He was from NSW country at the time but did spend some unspectacular time with Wests later on.
The other came to Sydney in the 90s and was known for his pace off the mark. He had an unspectacular career in many respects but had to contacted late in the night and rushed to the Dally Ms (he wasn't invited) as he ended up winning the medal.
