I know Steve well, he was working with Avis Rent a Car when I was a Franchisee ( finished up in 2001). Then went to British Airways and as a travel agent had a bit to do with him in his role as National Sales Manager.

Very VERY well connected in the business world , something we need at Manly.

He lasted about four years as Tigers CEO. So by my estimation, if he’s still our CEO by the start of the season, he will have exceeded expectations.(well mine anyway). It’s like Groundhog Day.

Who was the last CEO that lasted 5 years ?? I doubt we've had one since we came back in our own right in 2003.

It'd be interesting to see the timeline of CEO's over the last 15 years - I can think of half a dozen off the top of my head
