We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. I really think players should have cap hits, rather than year-on-year salary.
They should then implement IR (Injured Reserve), and LTIR (Long Term Injured Reserve), meaning if a player on $200k for example is out for 10+ games, the team can replace them with an additional allowance of $200k over the existing salary cap.
Loaning of players should be able to happen in the event of injury (with benefits of coarse).
