Playing through pain the Taufua way

Jorge Taufua is as laid back and relaxed as they come, even when talking about playing through the pain of a collarbone injury.

The less fuss, the better, for the popular Manly Warringah winger. In his mind, the team comes first.

I admire the courage & commitment, I just hope the delay in removing the plate and not letting the shoulder heal properly doesn't come back to bite him

That's just another example that there is so much we don't know about when we are ripping into players, coaches, or the team generally - excellent effort by Jorge. It also explains his hit and spin moves in a couple of his tries (which has proved effective).

He certainly has some ticker.
