I actually thought that Lodge's tackle was OK in the sense that if Munster hadn't been in mid air it would have been a tackle around hip height. But Fatty was dead right, he didn't even start to go down to do the tackle until after the ball was kicked. He was still upright at that point.

James Roberts is already gone with a dud back. He could barely even walk out there.

Right who rooted Robert's back side? Its way too early in the season for that sort of stuff. I'm sure I remember a 12th man line where 'Jack Gibson' says something about rooting?
