NRL 9's in 2020

I have a confession to make ...

I am an addict and addicted to speed
I tried counselling but to no avail. I am a lost cause !

I get my speed fix from .....
Fast cars , Fast Woman , and Speed on the Rugby League field

There is absolutely no substitute for speed .

Nothing gets the adrenaline going to reach the pinnicale of ephoria and ecstacy

My speed addiction started when I saw the Incomparable Immortal and the greatest player of all time Bob Fulton explode through a gap and left players mesmerised in their wake clutching at thin air as he scored under the post

Nothing Thrills like Speed . Nothing !

You are dreaming if you think Des has put any real thought into this (other than how he can minimize the its impact)
I prefer that DES has hand picked a core group of trained 9s specialist who are ready to bring home the million dollar bucks.

Ok Sipley and Kapow afterthoughts players he was forced to select with the top 30 and top 6 paid quota rule.

I like that Des has named a big and capable group of forwards, and blend of creative players and speedy backs including couple of youngsters with something to prove. I reckon this squad will be very competitive and if they can hang onto the football they could win both their pool games. I'm really looking forward to watching this tournament. I'm sure our coach hates losing anything so I expect they are going to Perth to win. Go the eagles!
