I get that Cliffy and Alan Thompson have been out of the loop for too long.

Perhaps Killer can be persuaded to cease the pig-shooting for a bit and have an influence? He did play five-eighth in the 2008 grand-final, so he obviously knows something about the role.

Thought that was why they signed Foran for 2 years .Do not know why they signed Schuster if he does not know how to play 5/8 .

I saw that. King is head of the NRL's Integrity Unit but surely he didn't make the decision as that wouldn't be ethical, given his strong connection to Manly.

That's different. That comes under the special clauses that include Roosters salary cap, Souths and Parra leg up penalty windows and the Manly judiciary special suspension guidelines.

I thought state of origin coaches could not be affiliated to NRL clubs.

Why do we want him? One of the few coaches with a less killer instinct to Spoonbold.

It’s head coaches that can’t be aligned with clubs.Hannay,Ballin and Bellamy all worked as assistants at Origin this year
