The English RL have announced their early bird tickets for the Challenge Cup final are priced at $27 for an adult and $7 for a child. Regardless what everyone thinks of the standard of English League, such a historic event which draws the crowd and after Covid with the League on its knees financially this is something the NRL would not do.

The prices to watch live football are ridiculous now. Its not just Brooky that is over priced. A ticket to Leichhardt oval in seating is 50 dollars plus and you are not sheltered from the rain if its a day like that.
I would like to see the NRL step in and set the pricing for all clubs to follow. I believe that to get fans to attend games you need first class facilities and also pricing that is reasonable.
To essentially pay 50 bucks for 1 game of footy is really over the top. To justify these high prices we need to have at least 2 games on game day, problem is that Fox and Nein will have a hissy fit if the pristine playing surfaces being all muddy if its wet lol
