A friend of mine who is "in the know at Souffs" says Maguire trained the players too hard last season and they didn't respond, that's why he was sacked.
This year, with only Gagai as a new recruit, Souffs are a much happier outfit. Sebbold is letting them play what's in front of them, and the results are showing.
Sounds a simple coaching strategy, doesn't it?
