The more points the Dragoons win by the better! Dragoons by 18+ puts Dogs behind Manly.

Crackdown this weekend apparently on tackled players walking off the mark. That should slow down both Morris players for the day.

Two friends of mine decided to take their families to the AFL match last night (separate groups, they don’t know each other) - first live Swans game for both. One’s a Sharks fan, so in fairness probably had bugger all interest in the NRL game, but the other is a Brisbane fan who only moved to Sydney a couple of weeks ago. Surely that should be a worry for the NRL, that he chose to take the kids to the SCG instead of watching his own team playing next door?

If it wasn't for some high profile support, the Roosters would have the least to offer the Sydney region, out of all the clubs. If they dissolved suddenly, they wouldn't be missed by anybody. That crowd comparison was an embarrassment to the NRL last night, pure and simple, considering they are a top 4 side. A pile of money but zero soul...

I'm not that fussed about the Drags winning. I'm actually really enjoying the resurgence of the doggies after being DESified and offloading a ton of talent and really actually playing for their no frills coach.
Manly have to get out of this themselves.

Given the Chooks have lost 2 in a row, there is no way on Earth they will want to go into the finals on a 3 game losing streak.

They will go in full strength and give it to the Eels. Praise Jebus.

Yep. Rorters will be fired up to give it to the eels. Thank god. I’ll be braving the bronco bogans next Sunday as usual but don’t need to be sweating on for and against because I reckon it will be ugly. They are playing some good footy .
