I would have thought refs have enough on their minds than to be calling out players when they are offside. That's what allowed Moses to score. The ref called out Safiti who stopped, leaving a gap.
Surely a ref should just award another six-again rather than become a commentator on the run.

Coaches are rorting this 'concussion' rule. Newcastle has had the match stopped 3-4 times by a trainer.
That's the problem with the NRL making rules-on-the-run; they may be well intentioned but they will ultimately be exploited by coaches.
