1st Half:
The Time Figures in Brackets = Approximate Time Left on Clock for the half when the Set Restart occurred.

Panthers: 4 - Tackle Number: 1 (37:20) [Jake (4 secs) & Josh], 2 (37:02) [Jake 2.5 secs)], 3 (28:16) [Jake close to 3.5 secs], 1 (9:35).
Manly: 2 - Tackle Number: 1 (36:25), 3 (24:17).

Poor old Jake gets victimised by the Referees for holding down all of the time. I was doing a 1, 2, 3 count for each of his Six Again Penalties and the 1st Set Restart was for holding down for 4 seconds, the 2nd was for 2.5 Seconds and the 3rd was for close to 3.5 seconds whilst Cleary can hold down for nearly 4 seconds for each tackle and not get penalised at all and either can their 10 and 12 or 13 (I'm not sure about which one it was).

In games like this we need walker.. Parker is just too slow and cant break a tackle to save his life. A few times a faster stronger player ie walker would of gone straight through.
