Don't believe so. AFL have always been strong on that. NRL never been for it.

Personally I think a new Club should get 500k extra cap year 1, 250k year 2 and 100k year 3 but thats just me.

The biggest leg up new franchises get in the AFL is in draft capital. However, NRL still don't have one.

Not sure that aligning with a team in Qld is the road to growing the game. Otherwise they will end up the same as the storm, basically a Qld team playing in VIC or WA
