I didnt get to see the game yesterday due to driving back home from shepparton. Listening on the radio my mate had a laugh when we were down early. I said all good we haven't had any pill yet but we will get them before the games done . Well well well it happened , unlike a year ago we would have not surrendered but more then likely got touched up . Which brings me to say ,although a very tight group we have the most potent backline in the competition that can bang on points when the pressure is on .
 
Up until round 17, Manly were the top point scoring side with 23

After the Scumos thrashed the Broncs, they jump to 24.1 with Manly scoring 24 points on average. :clap:

So -16 was not a concern :giggle:

Spot on and yes they would be sitting pretty high id think on that .

yes as of last weekend we were first in forcing repeat sets.
 
That strike power is a traditional Manly response.
Going way back we have been able to turn on the points when needed.
I don't think we've had an easy game against them over there and the early setback was probably a hangover from being up against cronulla.
Our run on forward pack can strike pretty hard too.
They are a good team to watch and they seem to expect to win.
