Sharks 18: Warriors, Rorters, Raiders
Warriors 16: Eels, Sharks, Raiders, Manly
Dragoons 12: Cows, Raiders, Knights, Storm
Wests 12: Manly, Souths, Storms, Eels
Manly 12: Wests, Dogs, Titans, Warriors

All hinges on Warriors beating Sharks, plus Manly getting Turbo back.

I'd say 20 and even then we will need some big wins to improve our For and against. Warriors beat Sharks and we win our last 4 then it's still a chance but the way we have been playing I'd say no hope.
