I remember watching the Motorbike GP races with Eastlake and Barry Sheen commentating which I enjoyed.
It was funny as after the 500cc race Darryl used to always say "Sorry we can't bring you the 125cc or 250cc races as we're just about to lose satellite coverage. Then someone pointed out that the 125 and 250cc races are on before the 500cc races so stop bullcrapping!
He never said it again and eventually the other races were shown (and after the 500cc's)
Also he used to re-record his commentary of the win for the news later on that day. During the race it'd be: "And Doohan crosses the line for a win." (subdued)
Later, for the news it'd be " And mighty Mick doohan smashes it for a win" yell yell yell scream yell yell yell!!!
Geez I liked that Mick Doohan era!
