I dont follow this thread but I kust be watching a different game.

Sure we haven't converted on all our field position which is frustrating but I think all in all we are going alright.

Fear though when momentum starts to swing.
We’ve had enough ball and field position to win 3 games. Do you think that’s going to continue?? I doubt it. We’ve got no attacking ability. We should be winning this game by a fair margin if we were a half decent team.

Too many emotions in this thread. Take it with a grain of salt. I’m happy it’s close and we are a show. Should be up, but Raiders will tire in the second half. They did a lot of tackling in that half.

We needed to score with all the possession. Short kicking game abysmal from both our halves. Once the raiders get some decent pill , they'll put this away. Their goal line defence is fantastic and our goal line attack is the opposite...

We definitely better than last week. It's a fast track and we like the harder surface. But we just don't have the structure.

Cheekam > Plodell. Navale > both....

God we are a dumb team coached from a dumb asss grimace…we have Saab who is some what good in the air and the tallest out there and giraffe after all that time in their 10 can’t put 1 up for him….look how storm utilise Coates….we are a joke

Bingo!!!

Munster and whoever plays half at the Storm can put short kick bombs into the in-goal for Coates to go after. Whenever DCE or Brooks kick for Saab, the kick falls at least 5 metres short of the try line.

Saab's not even close to Coates's class in the air. But honestly, the kicks he gets hardly give him a chance anyway.

Its why we're looking forward to Fogarty's kicking game for the next year or 3.

So glad we re-signed Bully, he’s been great, our only good forward on the field.

Their defence is unreal but you can tell if they get more opportunities in the second we’re going to get demolished.
Yep. Raiders have done that to plenty of teams this year. They don’t go away and come home very strongly. We’re the opposite.

We've scored two more points than we've managed in our last two games, so that's something. It's possible we might even score some more! And we haven't had to do too much tackling, which is also good, because we're not very good at it. And we're only four points behind, so the game is not out of reach.

But man, are we clunky in attack. And man, are our last-tackle options woeful. So much ball, so many opportunities, and nothing to show for it.

I like it best when DCE is invisible, which also seems to be the way DCE likes it. Brooks has looked the more dominant and threatening half, but he's come up with some poor options as well.

Also, I like Jake Simpkin starting. Who would have thought that an actual dummy half could be of benefit to a rugby league team?

Over 550 games between them and our 2 halves look like they're straight out of school with clueless grubbers, inaccurate bombs, slow and poor selection playmaking. Thank fu*k there's only 4 games of the $CE after this. What an absolute fraud.
