Ref came off injured

In souffs chooks game the ref has just come off injured with a calf injury.

I can't remember the last time that happened.

Anyone remember the last time a ref came off the field?

Well they did say he was a former player, so they started to I guess

Poor Luke, he was a fantastic Player for Manly, then became a Chook 🙁 Always injury prone. Its a very hot and humid night in Sydney 27C, so maybe its just cramps.

I think it was either last season or the season before it happened, they have a reserve ref usually

yep. It was when he was still a touch judge. I'm pretty sure that it was Steve Clark who was refereeing that day. We had a good lead in the first half until he went off after pulling a hammy or something and was replaced by Cecchin who then went out of his way to penalise us out of the game and give the Warriors a win.
