Shhhhh

Who is the roosters player that is on the move prior to 2018 and we aren’t talking about Napa or Nikorima.

Balance of probability says Gordon to the Gold Coast as a Hayne replacement......

but there have been rumours that Cordner May be on the move. I don’t buy into manly having no room in the cap and a Cordner Pearce package deal could make some sense.

Long shot I know but would bring the puzzle together.

could be Mick Gordon ... with teddi becoming a rorter ... but who knows ... is it next week yet?

Roosters apparently have signed chrichton?

It thats true players that have moved on include Guerra, kane evans, kenny dowel, connor watson, liam knight , paul carter, Mitchell pearce and rumours of napa to Eels and Ferguson to Dragons as well. Surely they want want to lose their best forward and captain??

If Manly get Pearce and Cordner as a package that would be the biggest coup we could ask for!

I should have more carefully noted that I do not think this is very likely.

However it does fit together.

What if the cap stuff is about finding the extra cash for Cordner and Pearce is waiting to see what happens before making a commitment?

Don’t see how the eels can afford Hayne and Napa who would also be a handy signing at Manly

The Manly cap equation just does not correspond there , What some 900 grand for Pearce plus 800 grand or so for Cordner . Just not realistic . Also just would not seem plausible for the Roosters to release Cordner now .

If Manly had Pearce and Cordner then forget the 2018 premiership. Just give Manly the trophy.

BEWARE THE ROOSTERS PLAYER ON THE MOVE!

Pearce aside, the Roosters usually try flogging a guy right before he's busted for something, ala Carter and SKD. They are like the Tigers shopping Simona a week before all the news broke on him. Proceed with caution...

It’s simply to fit in a star upcoming back rower....hard to think they would get rid of a proven world class bloke like Cordner..... more likely be an old or failed back who they already have coverage for x 3
