Compare last year in 7th in defence, 5th in attack, won 13 plus a draw.

So went backwards a bit by all measures.

Though to be fair we had a significantly worse run with injuries than last year. Plus certain other problems, notably, captain publicly abandoning ship when the season had scarcely started)

He can't get players to buy in , didn't at his previous clubs and again here. It's not a personal thing just how it is , if the club wants results and a great culture it starts at the top. He has to go , failed real bad with no accountability to the leader of the Pride fiasco and then the Schuster extension was a joke. Rookie errors in man management at any workplace.
