To be clear, my decision to leave had nothing to do with pay or any issues with management.

David Perry is doing a fantastic job, as are the rest of my colleagues in administration at the club. I can't comment on the specifics of Neil's contract not being extended, however his situation and my own are completely separate and entirely different.
